Vintage aluminum boat (Ouachita)

I bought an old boat called a Ouachita last week. Bought that, and a trailer for $300! Big time good deal.
Of course, it's a vintage project. And that means work!
Need to repair the transom and add some updates to the trailer, but i'm stoked! I already have a 10 HP outboard and a trolling motor which I'll add to the boat. (you can see them in the pic)
I'm also considering adding swivel seats to the boat. I have two seats too. There's one in the pic... Unsure if I want to add them to it.

Bought a 15' Ouichata with good used galvanized trailer and wore-out 20hp merc outboard yesterday for $400. Boat is in Excellent condition.......no dings...transom is sound. Will scrap motor and add like-new 15hp 4-stroke Yamaha. Intend to repaint boat as well.........Tickled with purchase!!!

Hi there, I trade a 12 foot jon boat for a 14 foot ouachita model 14ESV in very good condition no trailer or outboard but is my fishing project for this year I like to put some wood flors cover with fiberglass and see if I can put an outboard on it too any ideas what size of outboard can I use on it?
