15 ft. Sailing Knockabout

Hi I'm reviewing the 15 ft knockabout sailing boat plans and it's missing page 31. Does anyone know where the original plans came from?
I've found the original plans in a book written by the editors of Popular Mechanics Magazine in 1950. Here's a link to amazon confirming this:
