3 piece rowboat suggestions

i am trying to build a variation of the 3 piece rowboat plans that are on this site, but plywood is not sold in 14 foot sheets any more. Has anyone done this build, and how hard would it be to just build the 3 sections separately, using mold sticks of varying lengths to keep the proper curvature of the boat. thanks.
hmm that's a good question. I hope someone has some ideas!
