flat bottom scow boat

Hey guys, has anyone built this boat? I'm having difficulty understanding the instructions. I have all the wood parts cut out as per the measurements that I can read and ready to put together, but the instructions aren't very clear as to where and how to begin that process. I'll take any personal abusive kidding you have to offer as long as you can tell me distinctly and precisely how to get this started. Please?
