Build a Wind Powered Ice Yacht

These are plans for a kid's wind powered ice scooter.

Simple construction and low cost enable any boy to have one of these ice scooters. The plans use available wood and simple construction. The runners are hand made by cutting 1/4 inch plate material and filing the edge sharp.
